Contact Your Instructor

 I'm having trouble in my course, how do I contact the instructor?  Instructor contact information can be found on your My Courses tab of the Southeast Portal, as well as on the syllabus for your particular course.  You may also send a private message to your instructor via the Forum in your class.

Use of your Southeast Key. One of the primary ways your instructor will communicate with the class is through e-mail. Your Southeast Key will serve as your email address for your web-based course.  You will receive your Southeast Key once you have been accepted and enrolled at Southeast.  To activate your Southeast Key, go to My Southeast.  Now select "Activate SE Key" just below the login area.  You'll need your your Southeast ID (Sxxxxxxxx) and birth information.  Next you'll select a Southeast Key password.  You'll use both the Southeast Key and key password to access your online course, so be sure to write down both your new Southeast Key and your password.  If you have questions or problems with your Key, contact the Information Technology Help Desk at 573-651-4357 or visit http://www6.semo.edu/infotech/help/.
