do I Register for Classes?
New
undergraduate student: You must be admitted to the University before registering
for classes. Complete Application for Admission online along with the $20
fee at
http://www5.semo.edu/admissions/Admissions_process/admissions_process.htm.
Arrange for transcripts to be sent from any high school or university you've
attended.
Students transferring fewer than 24 credit hours
will need to attend new student orientation (First Step). An online
version will be available for those enrolled in online degree programs.

more info. You will be advised and registered in courses during the
orientation process.
Undergraduate transfer
student: If you have are transferring 24 or more college credits
from another institution, you're a transfer student.

Your notification for admission will include an academic advisor.
