CSTL Technical Support
As a student enrolled in online courses at Southeast Missouri State
University, you are entitled to obtain free technical support.
Student technical support is done primarily via email, though in some
cases the support technician may initiate a phone call to obtain more
details about the problem. The CSTL helps instructors to develop and
deliver online courses and is extending their expertise to help you,
the Southeast Online student, minimize
technical problems and maximize your enjoyment and learning in quality
online courses at Southeast Missouri State.

Research
Assistance
All students have access to the library’s
subscription products, including article databases, encyclopedias,
dictionaries, and electronic reference materials. Questions about
logging on to subscription services, searching in databases and
catalogs, finding & printing the full text articles, and using MOBIUS
member libraries as a Southeast student can be answered by Reference
Desk Staff.
