Welcome to the homepage for the Southeast Online Course Managers! These hard-working fellow students are the first line of contact for the students enrolled in online classes. The program currently is in it's pilot stage, so only a few selected classes are currently involved. They, the Course Managers, are available to both answer your questions and solve your technical problems during the times listed above.

This support is done primarily via email, though in some cases the we may initiate a phone call to obtain more details about the problem. 

Southeast Online Technical Support is offered by the Center for Scholarship in Teaching and Learning (CSTL).  The mission of CSTL is to support faculty in excellence of teaching.  CSTL helps instructors to develop and deliver online courses.  We are now extending our expertise to help you, the Southeast Online student, minimize technical problems and maximize your enjoyment and learning in quality online courses at Southeast Missouri State.
