While focusing on business administration coursework emphasizing leadership, communication, information technology and financial analysis, students learn how to manage people and resources in the global marketplace.
The entrepreneurship option is ideal for individuals choosing to create new ventures, assuming corporate entrepreneurship roles, or managing a firm. It integrates conceptual classroom knowledge with practical hands-on skills.
Students who are interested in the Sport Management dimensions of business desire an option in Sport Management in the MBA program which requires at least 33 hours. Students graduating with this option in the MBA program will have a differential advantage in the market place related to job placement with firms interacting in Sport Management.
